Why not? Sure it helps if there is at least a crumb left but there is no reason love can't return. But that doesn't mean you should expect it.

No, not yet. We will eventually figure out what causes the chemicals to react in that way when love happens and we will be able to do it by human force on and off....one day...if we dont nuke ourselves.
