A strong woman takes advantage of help she can get from people around her but she doesn't rely on them for anything
She uses logic and manages her emotions
She offers help either because it is a business transaction or out of kindness. It is never because she hopes others will return the favour or out of fear of losing them
She has her own mind and thinks for herself and knows that she has to be the one who bears the consequences of her decisions

They probably don't need to even ask because it's so obvious. If she were to lie about that, he can easily figure it out but might not say anything as it's rubber tits are becoming common (unlike height surgery). Originally Posted by Wakeup
It's when you start off a relationship with a lie that's bad. If he starts making a big deal about his surgery and lying to the girl about it, then he isn't being true to himself. The height surgery is less obvious to notice than a girl's rubber tits.
