If you mean violently hit your own head with your own hands, no I don't, but I knew a guy who did: he is bipolar with suicidal tendencies (tried to kill himself several times,).
Maybe get yourself checked?

Hitting oneself in the head is also a symptom of autistic spectrum disorder. Which I have suggested to you in the past due to your social cluelessness.

no i never would hit myself but i would bite my lip so hard it would bleed. i used to do that alot in the past, must have outgrown it because i haven't for awhile.
