Ideally, there wouldn't BE a tape. I can't imagine what motivates women to engage in this behavior, the stakes are just too high. I think you should ask for him to destroy it in your presence, and hope that he hasn't made copies to pass around to his buddies.

You might want to mention that fact to his father and perhaps he's not so sociopathic that he doesn't care what his children and your child could possibly come across one day and so he'll do the right thing and destroy them in your presence.

Have you thought about getting yourself some therapy to help you with your decision making skills and lack of personal boundaries? (serious non-snide question). You would do well to consider. Helping yourself to be the best you that you can be in mind and spirit can only be a good thing for your son.

He is a married man, father of three and an important businessman, so I think that he needs to be just as careful as you are with those tapes. It would probably be in the best interest of both of you to destroy them.

I guess, the copyright holder keeps the tape. Model's written permission is required for publishing, though. Otherwise it's illegal and somebody can get into trouble if breaks the law..
