I've met one person online and he lied about his identity. Not exactly his identity. He was who he said he was but he was supposedly financially stable with a nice home and car. When I met him, to my surprise he was still living with his parents and lied to them telling them we were getting married. We lived in different states and when I went back home, I never contacted hom again and avoided him at all costs. I haven't online dated ever again. That was my first and last time.
