    Various Activities to keep you in shape, besides the GYM

    A lot of these are CARDIO based.

    Walking / Hiking
    Jogging
    Running
    Biking
    Dancing
    Skiing / Snowboarding
    Basketball
    Soccer
    Football
    Zumba

    FLEXIBILITY
    Yoga (class, home or Park)

    FULL BODY
    Rock Climbing
    Swimming
    Hockey
    Baseball (Arms - Bat Swing, Legs - Running Bases/Outfield)

    ARMS
    Playground
    1. bars used for Pull Ups
    2. Dips
    3. Kayak/Canoe

    Don't forget swimming

    good list. stairs climbing is another.
