    Wow, I've seen some posters who must have this as their mantra. Describes their approach to life perfectly

    I'm not going to 'name and shame' but if you stick around long enough, you'll recognise it too.
    Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

    I'll read the article I am sure I have several of those habits myself, but I try hard not to project my feelings onto others around me, especially on the internet and strangers, have on love relationships but that is getting worked on now too. Mostly the blaming now for the past, but therapy is helping me a lot with that.
