So I've realised I'm single probably because i don't get out enough and meet more people. so in an attempt to do this I'm considering going to one of the singles events for one of my dating sites (PoF) has anyone had a go at this? any advice you can give me, this will be the first time I've done this sort of thing.

Pof as far as i know is full of sex addicts and psychos.. why not pay for a good site where you will meet more serious people?
I dont see the harm in going to a singles night. Might be fun
but be wary coz like i said-plenty of weirdos on pof

Dont go to things that are called singles nights.
All the people that are single for a reason go to those.
Just go to 80s or 90s parties. what ever suits your generation.
Try and flirt with a nice woman or be kind to a pretty one.
I went to a singles party once. I got creeped out so bad.
but thats my view.

No, never belonged to a dating site or went on a singles meet up, but I don't see the harm of trying it at least once , you might enjoy it.
