I've been dating this girl I work with for a month now. We've hung out 5 times and 3 of those 5 were actual dates. We have kissed on every single one of those nights.
This might be a stupid question but sometimes I also like a little reassurance. The past couple times I've kind of tested her by backing off a bit when we kiss/make out. I have noticed she continues to lean in and kiss me when I do this (which I like). So... this girl digs me quite a bit eh?

I don't want to play games. This is merely an observation I've made.
My hope she is as in to me as I am to her. There is something about her. Being more of a lone wolf kind of guy I can't help but constantly pursue this girl because of a gut feeling.

Well, it means one thing anyway ~ that you've aroused her and she wants to continue. It doesn't mean she loves you though. Pay attention to her other actions, those that don't entail sex to figure out how she values you.
