So this girl and I have been textin and hanging out and weve become close I like her, but the other night when I drove her home from her doctors appointment she gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Now we have hugged before but shes never kissed me, but the problem is I texted her that night she was happy jokin around with me we texted for an hour or 2, I said thanks for givin me a kiss just jokin with her, she sent me a smiley face, any way I texted her the next day she never answered figured id just wait a couple days and I texted her today to ask how her doctor appointment went, still no reply... im so confused did I do something wrong why did she give me a hug and a kiss then text me that night but hasent talk to me since its been like a week we were talkin almost every other night atleast. Would appreciate any help

Kiss on the cheek means diddly squat, you were hinting something romantic about it and she ignoring you because it's not. If I was into a guy I sure wouldn't be kissing him on the cheek.....just a female's point of view.

It looks like you took her too seriously. Maybe she had a feeling that shes doing mans job by kissing you and when you said "Thank you" she felt even worse. You know girls ussualy allow guy to be a man and kiss them. This might be the case when girl wanted man who takes more action than she does.
