You miss understood my message. It's best to not let her know you think it's her, or react negatively to what she did because that is what she wants you to do. If you react to it accusing her, then she wins, she will know it really upset you. That is what I mean don't let her have it.....don't let her action get a reaction.

Get back out there and start living your life as if she was never in it. You've stopped having tawdry extra-marital sex with her a year and a half ago. It's time you put an end to your misery.
