Weird girl that i think I like

Hello...there is this girl i am friends with we're real buds and all. But a few months back I started having feelings for her. I think she likes me too. Sometimes she brushes on my arm, hugs me, make I love you jokes, saying how cute I look and also she sat down on a chair where I was resting my hand on as if I was cuddling her eventhough there are 4 other chairs vacant chairs. A couple of times...we talked in chat...she told me "any girl would be lucky to have you as a boyfriend"...all i said is for her to get well(cause she was sick) and i hope she gets well soon. Sometimes though she acts as if im just a friend. She seldom does this to our other friends. (the touching thing)

Ive read in the internet that this could mean 2 things either she is hinting that she likes me or any girl would be lucky to have me except for her

So...what do you guys think? Does she like me? Im confused thanks
