What's helpful is believing that as long as you are true to yourself, someone will be insane enough to look at you in all of your psychotic glory and think that you must be the most ideal and fantastic human being to ever walk the earth.
You should believe that, because it happens. I can't speak to how long it lasts, or what happens to that relationship in the end, but I can say that it does happen. It's worth holding on for.

However, to love someone else, you must first love yourself. And you need to focus on overcoming this fear of inadequacy because, if you don't, it will only push the other person away. That's partly how I lost someone I love more than anything... Just keep fighting it, man. You'll be okay.

Definitely feel just not good enough who wouldn't after being dumped and losing your relationship. Just you have to have faith something better waits for you and be patient.

Thank you for the posts. I just need to overcome this and I know I can. I have to just believe in myself. Only time will tell with this specific subject, hopefully I'll meet someone that I love and loves me.
