How much time has passed between the two events (her losing interest and you showing interest)? Why weren't you interested in her to begin with, what made you change your mind?
Anyway, if you are both single, just ask her out.

Like 2 weeks, and it wasnt that i wasnt interested, i was afraid of failure with her but now i got the balls i need to get her and want to know how my chances are looking.

Well, if she was attracted to you 2 weeks ago, I'd say she's still attracted to you. Unless she has already found someone else, and provided that you didn't treat her wrongly in any way, she will probably agree to go on a date with you.
