What is WRONG with me?

Hey Ladies,

So I have a pretty intense question.
Let me give you a bit of a background.
I met this amazing guy, he is handsome, sweet, romantic, caring, honest and just all around a gentleman.
I never thought I would be lucky enough to have met someone like him. But here is the issue, we haven't taken our relationship to the intimate level yet.
It's really because of me, I have told him it's because I just want to wait and get to know each other first. But the thing is that I don't have the want to just jump him.
I want to have the want, but I don't. I have no idea why. Has anyone had this issue before? Any Advice Ladies? Not really sure what I should do, because I really do want to be with him.

Do you find him attractive? If not then that's probably an obstacle right there. I'm a guy and i've met a lot of girls who I think are great and I get on extremely well with but if I don't find them attractive then I don't really pursue it. I may sound shallow but it's the same case with most people believe it or not and you might be no different
