What happens if you in a deep long relationship with a man and he kept a secrete that he was separated and had two children. and then you came to find out his secrete.
and you have have child/children with this man. what would you do?

If I liked someone, and I could see a possibility of something more, I would tell the other person, to see what they think of it.
After a few dates and maybe 1 month, that is when I think is the best time, the sooner the better, so time isn't wasted, and you know something about their past, and you'll decide if your comfortable with it, or have to move on.
After a while, it's harder to find someone that doesn't have kid, if they are in their early to mid 30s.
