is she just tryin to make me jealous

I'm not going to say that she's trying to make you jealous. She may simply be enjoying her current singledom.

If you don't want to see her statuses, unfriend her.

I'd say with the hash tags, she may not be trying to make you jealous, just perhaps showing you she's fine with being single (especially depending on who broke up with whom). And as everybody else said, just unfriend her. Then you don't have to see anything she posts.

She might not have even considered you reading it or maybe she just doesn't care if you read it. Remove her off your feed or remove her off your friend list altogether if something like that is already bothering you imagine how you will feel when she posts kissing other men pics etc.

Yes, she's trying to show you that she doesn't need you or anyone else to make her happy.
