    No Libido or Sex drive?

I have seen several posts about this but no one every sea to find a solution. So basically, I have no sex drive at all. I have a girlfriend that I love but don't have a desire for sex. Some people immediately ask if I'm gay if I post stuff like this and the answer is no, I have no feeling or attractions for men.

A few years ago I would have hard erections and would think about sex constantly. Me and my girlfriend fool around sometimes but it's really difficult for me to get and maintain an erection sometimes, and if I do get one its never rock hard like it should be. We had sex once, for maybe like 20 seconds, but I got a lot ~softer after penetration. That was the only time I've actually had sex.

I have depression and have been takin meds for it but it never seems to help me, or my sex drive, at all.

Anybody have any idea what I should do? I am 19, and I don't really want to hve a conversation about this to my mom, and don't exactly want to tell her I need to get my testosterone levels checked, even though that's what it might have to result to.

Anti-depressant meds can decrease your libido. Tell your MD and ask to switch you to another pill.

Being 19yo and having erection problems is indeed not normal. Are you able to maintain an erection, when you watch porn online on sites like pornhub, theporndude.com or xhamster ? If you're not able to there either, you should really tell your doctor about this.

It could be the meds or something else.

Yep... I would see your doctor about changing your anti-depressants. They often have a negative effect on the libido.

Medications can be the problem, and also many other health issues (diabetes is a biggie). See your doctor.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

It could be anxiety. First time sex can have an emotional/mental effect. Perhaps nerves and insecurity are affecting you. You should see a doctor. Anti-depressants and other meds can make the problem worse.

19 quite young age to take antidepressants. You should get well soon and dont use them anymore. I can suggest libido boosters. They are like food supplements and you can get them in health shops. Muira Puama is a strong one gives good erections and much pleasure. But its not good for nerves. Basicaly makes you very sensitive in both heads. Theres lots of others libido boosters like tribulus terrestris(good for training) and very popular Horny coat weed.

    Dear O.P

GINSENG. So long as you have no hypertension issues (high blood pressure). REsearch it out and see which type is best suited for you. Thousands of years these roots boost drive and offer many other health benefits.
and hey, don't over think things or place too much pressure on yourself. Drop the expectations and just let things happen naturally.

Whatever you do avoid any and all pain killers except perhaps aspirin. Opiods are hardon killers for sure.
You could have circulation issues, perhaps heart problems, but yeah, see a doc and don't feel to embarrassed till they say drop em.
The doc might even prescribe something like nitroglycerin which is usually to lower blood pressure and make blood flow more easily. Come to think about it aspirin might help. Aspirin thins blood and is a cheap one you can get anywhere. Just a baby aspirin might do the trick.
Avoid alcohol, weed and coffee too till you get it figured out

Aspirin won't help, and a doctor won't prescribe nitroglycerin for improved penile circulation.
