Well you can't grow hair by choice, and I have no health problems.

Well eat only clean unprocessed food. Like lean meat(chicken/turkey breast) and lots of vegs. DONT eat sugars, wheat or pasta, bread or much grains. Brown and black rise is good for you. Include fibre in diet. Cut fruits to minimum. Drink lots of clean water.

This remainds me Julien RSD video(you can youtube it) cant find which one but he was talking about good looking guy and insecure girl. So girl felt insecure about her beautiful boyfriend and she wanted to ugly him up because he was too attractive to other girls. She started to feed him junk food like ice cream and he eventualy gave up and started to eat more. he became fat and unatractive to other girls and to her too so she dumped him. Guy said how importand is to stay on your way and dont let girl to remove you from it. She will resspect you even more if you say no and stay with your goals and plans.

You can't gaurentee that. I could stay this weight all my life and live longer than you. Smokers and drinkers etc could die too. I still workout I'm not unhealthy.
