Im thinking the weekend break would be great for her and my dad coz ive never done that before. Im just scared I will book the wrong weekend when she already has plans for something else

I'd go with 3. Getting away is always nice.

You should ask your dad if they have anything going on the weekend you are planning to book, just to make sure it's open for both of them. Unless he can't keep a secret..

Voucher for makeup sounds great. Getting away might be worth it but who knows, thats not always the case.
