Adults are just like kids. We shouldn't be spoilt. It sounds weird that you don't mind him sleeping around and at the same time you get angry when you aren't being treated well. You sound like a good and sweet person, so don't get hard on yourself over this. Maybe you deserve better? Or maybe you need to suggest some movement OUT of the relationship and see if he responds. He sounds lucky to me....
