Why are the nails on my left hand so soft & breaking off at any point of growth yet my right hands nails are strong and grow normally.

Random thought is :
Why is it so difficult for me to drink enough water or cold drinks when the winter gets colder even though I know it is when I need it more because of using indoor heating.“The world would be a nicer place if everyone had the ability to love as unconditionally as a dog.”

I think you drink more hot over cold to keep warm ~ holding hot drinks keeps you warm & cold drinks do not. Plus in warm weather you do more, and get thirsty.

Hope me sending a friends request didn't cause a certain someone not to log back into this forum, timing seems like it did. I can just remove the request, no problem if that is the issue or they could just deny it and carry on.

Well memory gets worse with age. Also new information replaces old unused information in brain.
