Toaster waffles, and cereal and fruit. Have a christening to go to at church this morning so had to get up early today. Still tired.

Made a pork roast with carrots, red potatoes, red onions, mushrooms and cabbage.

Eating pasta with mince now. But before ate french baguette with melted cheese and musrooms.

we had a big burger and sausage bbq fry up at my parents. so many cold mayo salads, lmao and lots of cob too.

Muffin omelettes ( they are pretty good ) with cottage cheese and orange slices.

Smoked Salmon B.L.T. – Honey smoked Pacific salmon, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and housemade boursin cheese on whole grain wheat! And YES it is AS GOOD as it sounds! ;-)

Had a lamb roast and roasted potatoes and carrots and stuffing at my parents for Sunday family meal. I made and brought a rosemary homemade bread and cream cheese cranberry spread.

I did dinner tonight for four it was - meatloaf, tomato and cheese sauce, mashed potatoes, baby carrots and green beans with almonds with fresh homemade bread rolls.
