Baked ham and brown rice with lots of vegetables that were roasted. I baked the ham tonightand it turned out wonderfully.

I made an apple cake with some spiced rum added.
You soak apple slices ( 3 cups) for an hour in cinnamon, sugar and rum then add into batter mixture poured into a loaf pan then you pastry brush apple liquid left over on top of cake and bake for an hour.

Had for lunch a sausage with a special mustard sauce sandwich on thickly sliced fresh rye bread and carrot sticks, is dinner in over an hour and I am going out with friends for that.
