    Oatmeal/brown sugar and strawberries.
Also had some bacon and a scone with real butter.

^ all you needed was a big plate o bacon, breathe -- the perfect breakfast anywhere in the world. lmao

We had a work late lunch so went to place doing sushi, was alright -- picked up a fully loaded street dog after.

For the past 3 weeks, all I seem to be eating is homemade guacamole...

    1 soft avocado
1 jalapeno (slice one round with seeds, then remove seeds and white skin from the inside and dice)
2 cloves minced garlic (or a few shakes of garlic powder)
1/4 minced onion (or a few shakes of onion powder)
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    Salt & pepper
*optional* red pepper flakes (for heat)

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, blend until smooth. Consume immediately, but the longer it sits, the flavors will have time to marinate and it will gain flavor as it sits. Good in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.... but good luck letting it last that long!

^ Yummy, sounds good. I will try this, thanks for sharing your recipe.

Up too early to even eat anything yet - going to steam out a chest cold first but after will have two eggs scrambled over wheat toast and some melon/strawberry with yogurt.

Had some 5 bbq'd sausages, 2 baked potatoes with all the toppings, some coleslaw, salad and homemade biscuits -- accompanied by several cold beers.
