Friend zoned, more?

I don't know where I am right now.

We have a joke going where she's my boyfriend and I'm her girlfreind. Roles reversed.

She calls me names, like hunny, and love. Called me cute, which could be a bad thing depending on being friend zoned for not.

Send me hearts, and makes me tell her how she's not ugly.

I told her we should do something together, she said she should. But took hours to reply back.

Happy that where working the same shifts and times.

She could just be playing around in a joking like fashion. I've done this before with one of my friends who is a girl. We would joke about our 'anniversary'. If she holds any such feelings, do something with her. She may have not been able to answer you right away because she was surprised. If you know any of her friends talk with them, and see what she has said about you. She said "she should" or "we should" as in you and her both?

I'd talk with her face to face now, and see if she wants to go out for lunchoosing or coffee. Maybe just a casual date, and see where it leads from there. It's better to try than not to. I know it's difficult to ask, but as friends, if you have more compatibility, it'll happen naturally. Try also conversing with her more seriously too. Joking is fun, but can also lead to misunderstandings. Trust me, I joked with a guy once and he thought I was being condescending when I didn't mean any harm.
