How long does it take for you guys to get over your last love?

Hello. I am just curious about it. I tend to take a LOT of time to get over the girls I like, from 1 to 2 years (yeah, you read that right). Maybe it's because I don't go out very much, and am unnemployed, so I spend all day at home with nothing to ocupy my mind.

But what about you, guys and girls? How long, in an avarage, does it take for you to "get over it" and move on, without suffering about her/him anymore?

Well you answered to your question. People who dont live spend more time to get over love. When you stop you life after breakup then you will never move on until start to live again. Work, friends, hobbies, self love thats all a person need to move on.

It depends on how much you were emotionally invested in the relationship prior to break up.

I don't go into relationships if I can't imagine my life with the person I'm in a relationship with so when we break up it hurts me... a lot. It takes me a year plus to get used to the idea that we're not gonna be together...ever. Ugh. I hate breakups.

depends on length of the relationship, the longer you were together the longer the healing, imo. lots of different variables apply and no two people heal at the same rate.

Shortest I got over love been 6 months. Starting from tears and going crazy in steepness nights to remembering person once in few months with a calm clean heart just like it was a stranger on the street.
