How do you come back?

I have been with my fiancé for 4 years. I am madly in love with this man. He is an alcoholic and we battled that within the first weeks of our relationship. He drinks less now, however when he does, he binge drinks and makes some very stupid decision. We have battled through a variant of lies, including hidden arrests, hidden drinking, and so many other things. I have forgiven so much. I am not the type of person that throws these things back at him, once we work through them, it's done. We aren't "bad" fighters. We don't call each other names, hit, or anything like that. Overall, the relationship is good, aside from these bumps in our road. Two years ago, I agreed to marry him. We live together, however to add to the craziness, he works out of town a lot of the time. He's an oilfield mechanic and for 15 days on and 6 days off rotation. This has also been a huge issue in our relationship. Two days ago, I found out that he had a two year affair with a woman he met in Ohio. How do you come back from this? How do I forgive this? How do I trust him again? I feel like my world shattered. Like I have worked so hard, and forgiven so much, and put so much effort toward this relationship working, and then to have this betrayal....I don't know what to do.
