I'm all for it, I would even go a step farther and if someone kills your child, or loved one you should be allowed to participate in their death if it comes to them actually getting the death penalty and not just living behind bars most their life. If someone chooses to kill another,( and to me drug use isn't an excuse for killing another if not in self defense it is only another excuse made for leniency.) you should pay with your own life, people know right from wrong.

Depending on the State; lethal injection, gas chamber, electrocution, in rare cases hanging, and firing squad. Some States(CA), just sentence inmates to death and then leave them prison to die of old age.
