false. i never really make a new years resolution because i know i usually can't find time for it if it is something i actively need to do daily.

False. I don't drink. Also false on the New Year's resolutions thing. I never make them. I've always found that it seems like if you make them just because it is the new year it is so rare that you actually stick to them. So, instead, I focus on things I want to change for the better when they actually come up... and not just arbitrarily around the beginning of a new year. When I finally motivated myself to start a new workout program, it was actually like May or June of that year. That was two or three years ago (the years tend to blend together, LOL) and I still stick to it now. I find you have to want to change for things like that to work, not just think you should so you choose some arbitrary thing like the beginning of a new year to motivate you. Though, it certainly DOES work for some people, so I'd never deter anybody from at least trying.

Huh. Actually, bit of a weird one for me too. True, I suppose. True because I would certainly enjoy doing it... but I don't really do it very often. I already do my regular workout, so I don't see much need. But it is something I WOULD enjoy, so I guess it is true technically speaking.
