False. Though it is a big difference if you have MEDICAL reasons for not eating carbs, I personally think the dietary reasons people don't eat carbs are complete BS. You need some carbs. Just like anything, though, moderation is key. Don't overdo carbs just like you shouldn't overdo high fatty foods, high cholesterol foods, etc.
The person below me still occasionally (or even regularly) plays video games even as an adult. (This CAN include mobile games on your phone.)
