I think 90-110 is considered the range for average intelligence.

Fras - your brother's poem gives me hope that there are thoughtful, pensive teenagers out there who think about things other than sex. Very impressive for a high-schooler, although it makes me a bit wistful on his behalf.

i dont think a sarcastic dismal girlfriend would help his lil brothers questions in life. Perhaps someone a bit happier

    Talking

    wistful=Full of wishful yearning.(from dictionary.com)

i apologize i was only aware of the above meaning. therefore your statement implied/ i interpertred it as an intrest in the specified charcter.

    the other meaning

    Pensively sad; melancholy.

makes no sense why you would feel sad for someone who doesnt take all the garbage the world through at him and is trying to think for himself.

Does this place have a chat area it would be alot easier than bickering on a forum

im scared of strong willed girls

You don't get a sense of melancholy when reading that poem? It asks the fundamental questions about the important things in life and reminds me of how difficult it is to be a high school kid. That the questions he asks are largely unanswerable is what makes me sad.

    How is that remotely sarcastic?

And yes, you SHOULD be afraid of strong-willed females. We are powerful. And evil.

I do but i see it as a step foward in life. You have to question before you lear.
A bit of sadness for understanding cancels itself out.

ps: u wouldnt happen to have a messanger that we could discuss this easier on ?

    WHOA WHOA.

My brother is 25 now (he's 6 years older than me).

He wrote this when he was in highschool and I was in elementary school.

I'd also like to mention he's now newly, and happily married.

    No, no messenger. Sorry.

Congratulations on your brother's nuptuals, Frasbee! He must've been quite a catch.

I would consider any girl to have gotten my brother to be lucky.
