Hello, I am 20y old and she is 19 and went studying abroad.I haven't officially introduced myself to her and for 10 years I haven't seen such a classy girl.She will be back in 5 years.Should I even start anything or just forget her ,because this influences my concentration at work and studies.

Sure introduce yourself, it will do no harm. As for a relationship, you don't even know her yet and she's going away for a long time. I wouldn't get your hopes up for one. Be friendly, try to aim for friends first.
