Unfortunately some people are really not that into sex or any kind of adventure of that sort, that's just how it is. However, you can still talk to him about it, it won't hurt if you tell him about your desires and your wants. See how he reacts to that and if he's okay with it, and would like to try something more, then start experimenting.

This tells me you both are not sexually compatible. I would suggest finding a new BF that is more willing and adventurous. Trust me it's just much easier that way, than fussing around trying to get him on board to try different things.
