Thanks, breathe123, pcmaster and woody. I am more battling a depression right now that even my new dog can't knock out of me so when that passes me over I would start trying the newer mentioned things to improve myself.

    L.B,

    'Mustard Bach Flower Remedy' tincture....

grab some from your local health food store. Mind you, this would be for mild 'blues'. If more serious, get to the root of why and for goodness sake, get into a Dr if need be. Depression sucks, literally.

I really hope you feel better and soon...

Thank you, woody * hugs* I'll google this right when I log off and I am going out soon after so I will go look our closest health food shop and see if they carry it or can recommend anything similar.

They are most days mild blues some days really bad and hard to function, only move those days because others want me to do things with or for them and my puppy needs me too. But was so bad for a few weeks my mom had to take my dog for me

Thank you for your kindness and your suggestions. You are always the sweetest on here.

Isn't your puppy dog helping you? It forces you to go outside at least.
I agree with woody go see your family doctor & get him to prescribe something to take through the spring maybe. ((( Hugs)))
