    Hi everybody, hurting. please help

    Hello to all, I'm currently going through a break-up period with my girlfriend of 18 months. We mutually decided to break-up after a meaningless argument, one of many, and now my heart yearns for her more than ever. We've decided to go into a no-contact period for at least a month. Anyways, looking for conversation and advice to help through this difficult time. I would also like to share my thoughts and experiences with anyone needing help too. Thanks.
