What is the meaning of this

I recently facilitated a business development forum where a guy kept looking at me. He turned out to be a US marine vet. When I sent an goodwill messages to all those who attended, he replied asking if i noted that he was interested in me and he would like to "go deep inside me". He went on to request that I undress for him during a video call later. I politely declined because I thought this is ridiculous. How can a ranking officer make such a request to someone they have met only once? Is it because he views women like the medals they get on their collars after service, does he have any other feelings other than a need to conquer by demeaning a person he feels is better than he is or he trying to express something else but does not know how to( which i doubt)? could he be in need of a psychological intervention(PTSD). Kindly help

Did he send that message on your forum, website -- if, then ban him, problem solved and ip ban him for sexual harassment or whatever reason you want. If not your website, then block him, again problem solved.
