She texted me first, I texted back after around 15 min. I saw her using socialmedia after I sent my message. I also saw that she opned the messenger app but she never read it. After around 1 hour she replied. Is she playing texting games? This is not the first time it happens.. The other times it's only been like 20 min tho.

Most likely she's doing a few things at once. Pretty much describes how my best friend and I were chatting last night. If you want her undivided attention, take her on a date - or at least, talk on the phone.
