if you knew a guy and you kinda lied him and tried to make him jealous and flirted with other dudes when he was around. If he kissed you on the cheek the last time you saw him while he was clearly drunk at your work(a bar) and you saw him a couple of days later with his friend in the city and he didnt make any effort to speak to you ask you walked past what would you think?
He isn't serious, he doesn't really care about me?
