feeling for my guy friend

I have a friend which I never liked back even though he liked me. But recently I think I kinda having feelings for him. It's so strange. I went on quite a number of other dates which all suck.i used to have an experience of being cheated before I met him.
Recently I kinda think he is sweet and caring. Is this normal and what can I do cos we are comfortably in our frd zone. I'm not even sure if he still like me.
