A Girl I Like

So I have this problem. I am a shy guy, and I have never had a girlfriend, or even talk and spent time with girls. I like this girl who attends same school as me. I have never talked to her.
When she came to this school she added me on fb, and later when I created instagram she liked my photo and I have no idea how she find out that I created instagram. I followed her, but I never liked her pics, because...I have no idea why, it looks like I am that shy.
Any ideas what should I do now?

Thank you, I will like her pics. What about when I for example go pass her in hallway? or when I see her on a train? I have no idea what to do so I just go past looking at floor or something...

Say Hi and if the seat beside her is vacant... say: "is anyone sitting there" and then just sit down and start talking about something you both like.
