Would a guy find this strange or not?

Neighbor was trying to get my attention, I shied away from him. This happened in October. Since then we kinda were taking turns trying to get the other ones attention. He is on the quiet side almost shy. When I thought he gave up he would do something to try to get. Y attention. I am very shy with him. The last time he tried was thanksgiving when he came to my door and either changed his mind or knocked softly and left. I just happened to pass by the window as he left. My friends think I should send him a Christmas card with my number to call if he is interested in going out. After all this I am afraid he is going to find it and me strange. If he doesn't already?! Should I send the card?

Wouldn't hurt to give it a try. If you keep thinking like that irene, nothing is ever going to happen. Days goes by, to months, then to years of playing this chasing game.
