Can you give your estimate/guess on how many American men marry a woman who never had intercourse with any other man besides their groom? specify like 1 in 10,... 1 in 40, etc.

If you take into account American men will marry women from other countries and cultures where remaining chaste is important and lots of men marry their first love and someone who they would have been their first so maybe 20- 25%? Why do ask, you have have statistics on this?

It would be impossible to get accurate statistics on this....most American men will say that virginity is not that important...but my experience with my friends is that once they are married...they all married "a virgin".
