Hi,

I've just registered for this forum. I'm 30, not in any serious LTR at the moment, but see someone quite casually. I've actually in the last few months been helping one of my best friends through her own break-up - she ended things, but he wouldn't believe it and became obsessive, never leaving her alone, and not respecting any no contact principles. Basically, he was too insecure to be able to accept she was leaving him, and she was rather too 'nice' about it, so he ended up stalking her and trying all types of emotional manipulation and abuse. It drove her to despair, but I helped her find some ways to get beyond it, and have learned a lot in the process. I'm interested to chat to others about their types of experiences.
