I see many persons looking advice on this forums but they do not rly change. They take considerations here and 2~3months later they have an same or similliar problem.
If you are really willing to change your life, then I cam help you. BUT YOU HAVE TO WANT IT ALSO MORE THEN EVERYTHING ELSE!
I was short, fat , alone and had anxieties to talk to people and especcialy girls. AND I was addicted to porn .
BUT I changed my life step for step and I am sure you also can. !
