My girlfriend recently cheated on me and told me she doesn't regret that she did it she just regrets hurting me. What's that suppose to mean ? I'm trying to process it but it's hard and I'm going insane just thinking about it. If anyone can tell me what that means. Cause she won't.

She probbaly wishes you never found out, did she tell you she cheated herself or you caught her out on it, or another told you? If she really worried about hurting you she wouldn't have cheated in 1st place so her line to you is pure BS, don't believe it.

It means she isn't remorseful that she cheated on you, she just wishes you hadn't found out. Sounds like it's time to dump her.

Is your GF still in love with you? If she no longer has any romantic feelings for you, then yeah, she doesn't regret cheating on you, she prob just didn't want to hurt you emotionally for old times sake.

To me it says she didn't think you were the one for her or long term potential so she moved on but she feels bad you are hurting because of how she chose to deal with things.
