Wow, that's ****ing terrible dude. There's always the really tragic story here once and a while. Most of the time, it's just ****ing morons asking for idiotic advice on an idiotic situation.
Tip: Don't talk to those women about your wife until LATER!
Oh, God...
Dude, if there's anything we can say/do to help, let us know.
As far as getting back out there, are you sure you're ready? I don't know if I'd ever be in a situation like that.

wow. i don't have any advice. i just lost my dog to cancer but i guess that doesn't compare.
Hi Barry. Sorry about your wife. I hope she didn't suffer long. As for "great tips", I think it is best if you do your grieving before you start thinking about dating again. How long were you married, and how recently did she pass away? Do you have any children?Quote:

Barry, I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I think it's great that you're moving on with your life. I think the best advice I can give about the dating game is try to be honest and straightforward about what you want in a relationship/friendship/etc. and don't settle for less. Good luck.
I'm sorry to hear that Barry. The same recently happened to me when I lost my tranvestite mother.
I'm sorry to hear that Barry. If theres anything we can do to help, just ask.

Duck and cover, people.
Oh no he didn't! But yes, yes he did. Still, the thread looks a lot better than yesterday.
I doubt Tone would agree with you. I think I'll go run some office errands now, so I can be here later when he logs on.Quote:

Nah, Tone is the knight-in-shining-armour type. I think he would rather take it himself than watch it happen to a woman...
