what do you ladies think about your man looking at porn in general?
It depends on the extent of his interest. Occassional usage doesn't bother me, but if it were habitual, I wouldn't like it.
Typically, they don't care.
what about when you are not around?
I don't usually attract guys who are fascinated by porn. They aren't opposed, but not particularly interested, either, so I don't have this problem. Now that I think about it, I think it might bother me if my bf spent a lot of time looking at porn, especially if he was looking at really nasty shit like beastiality or non-consentual stuff.
I'd lock him in the basement.
It does not bother me at all especially if I was not around and he needed to 'let himself go'. Besides I think it is better for him to look at porn rather than have sex with the next door neighbour...Quote:

i myself think its ok if you want to watch porn a bit. But everyday or every other day is just plain weird. What do you guys think is better if guys watch porn or if they go to strip clubs?
im a guy. but if i was a girl i wouldnt have a problem with porn. But i would have a problem with strip joints. I wouldnt allow it.
hahaha every other day is weird??? you dont know us guys that well do you?Quote:

for a single man even more than once a day is not weird according to us.
but if i dont have sex with my girl for more than 3 days, i usually resort to porn. and its not just for my selfish needs, i would perform better with her if i dont go fully loaded for the next time.
Every other day IS excessive in my world. Sami - strip joints are way worse than porn. If my man was going more than once every blue moon (such as the occassional bachelor party), there would definitely be a problem.
strips clubs is worse than porn to me also. i would not be able to deal with my man going to one. id rather him look at all the porn he wanted.

If you don't mind him using it, then why are you questioning it?
I dont think many women understand the effects of Testosterone. Usually when women hit their 40's they begin to feel and understand what it feels like.
I remember watching some Discovery show where a women researcher had rubbed some testosterone ointment on herself and testify that she could now understand high powerful the effects are and dont blame the way guys behave the way they do. The feelings are quite persistent.

# Fantasy
# 54% of men think about sex everyday or several times a day, 43% a few times per month or a few times per week, and 4% less than once a month (Laumann, Gagnon, Michael, Michaels, 1994).
# 19% of women think about sex everyday or several times a day, 67% a few times per month or a few times per week, and 14% less than once a month (Laumann, Gagnon, Michael, Michaels, 1994).
Yes Henry, but what does that have to do with whether or not one uses pornography to excess, particularly when they have a partner for sex?
And by the way, I would say 40 for women is a little late.
According to studies 40 is the number.
I don't watch porn daily. I barely ever want to watch it lately, thoug hI use to do it weekly (And that really was only to kill Sunday boredom). Honestly, when I do rarely think about it, it's not that tempting.

i'm skeptical about those figures there. i think men get more satisfaction out of sex, even if it isn't fun for the woman. then of course they wouldn't be thinking about it as much because they're perhaps not getting satisfaction from it. there may be some difference but i don't think it's that big of one.
women think about sex quite a bit. we also talk about it a lot too.
anyway about the porn, i could really give a shit.
my girlfriend doesnt want me to watch porn
According to WHAT studies? I have read mid-thirties, and based on personal experience, I think that is accurate.Quote:

I know girls in general are more honry than guys, but they are more emotional when it comes to sex, than with the imagery or the physical part of sex like guys are. So watching porn would get a guy most probably the same satisfaction as it would if he was to have real sex.Quote:

I like girls that are like this, they tend to be more open minded to things general.Quote:

bullshit jurupa. Guys are way more horny than girls. We produce more testosterone, which is the primary hormone responsible for sex drive. There is no arguing against this.

I agree. There is no comparison, until women hit their mid 30s.
you mean i'm not the horniest i'll ever be.
wow, so much to look forward to.
Are you kidding me? I have a new appreciation for the hormones of boys in their late teens!Quote:

They don't call it the Dirty Thirties for nothing.
are you implying that men in their 30's can't keep up?Quote:

Of course you do, unless you plan on trading in that boyfriend for two 15-year-olds on his 30th birthday.Quote:

I disagree. Porn doesn't compare to the physical and emotional intimacy one can have with another.Quote:

****, I would say porn doesn't compare to even the physical aspect alone.
Porn or no porn, your hand still feels the same.
Exactly. In fact, I'm thinking that guys who are satisfied by porn are probably not going to be very good at satisfying a real woman, because they don't need or fully understand the many different levels of connection that are to be had.Quote:

I'm going to pornography you in the ass.
I don't have a ****in' clue what that's supposed to mean, but it was hilarious.Quote:

When I first turned 13 or so I was introduced to the world of Porn, and I was very excited. I was aroused like crazy by it. 2 Years later I met my first real girlfriend, and I only ever saw her twice. We only talked on the phone and we grew to love each other. We were young and happy. After a while things didn't work out and we never saw each other so we moved on. This was my first experience with emotional love and the world of females.
My second serious relationship started immediately afterwards and for the first time I was sexual with a real person. It was by far, more arousing than porn. Meanwhile through out all of this I had been watching porn also. After a while me and her split for various reasons and I continued to look at porn.
Then I finally met the girl I just lost. This time, I felt true love for the first time. I felt what it could be and can only imagine what it could have been in years to come. I loved her like nothing in my life, I loved so hard I cried. I simply was in awe of the intimacy and connection between us. After experiencing an intimacy like this I look at porn now and I am disgusted. Pornography is sex without intimacy and intimacy itself in the depths I felt are 90% of the satisfaction alone. Learn to love and connect with the person you love. Intimacy can go so much deeper than I even know Im sure and after feeling it I will never be the same.
I have yet to hear from a girl that the NSA thing works for after any amount of time has passed. The ones who say they're into it are young and emotionally reckless.Quote:

How long does it usually last, Aegis?
from what i read its sounds like nobody in here have a problem with porn thats a good things guys. I agree with that fact that porn would cause problem if she think that is what sex is suppose to be like honestly its not like that.
I was going to add them up and tell you how many the total was, but I'm ****ing lazy to count.Quote:
