Dinosaurs rock.
For the young'uns here...I don't feel any different than 20 years ago. I'm actually in better physical health since almost 20 yrs ago, I was partially paralyzed. I'm okay now. I don't do drugs or drink to excess. I'm very reclusive so I don't get ill very often. Result: I haven't aged too much. Some grey hair on the sides--distinguished :)
So, if you want to be well-preserved in your late 30's....do what grandma told you...get your sleep, exercise, eat healthy, and brush your teeth. No joke--it works.
your choice of words make you sound like the voice of god.Quote:

CAM is 38? That is kind of good to know that we have older people here and not just teenie boppers. The advice is always more interesting.
Hey CAM, I do all those things but the brushing teeth thing just doesn't help. Must be a gene thing cause I have horrible teeth..and after a few root canals and cavity fills by the age of only 18 I quit the damn dentist cause I spent half my life on that chair. I have basically horrible teeth in the back...the front one look ok but I don't know for how long and I am 24.
Keep em healthy as long as you can. Alot of research says that dental problems are related to other problems, like heart disease. And bacterial infection at the gum line can lead to blood disorders and other problems.Quote:

May I ask politely? Do abuse drugs or alcohol or smoke? All of these things can be a source of your problems. Did you have flouride treatments or fluoridated water? Flouride can help strengthen the teeth. Sounds like you need a new dentist or a periodontist. Seriously--for your longterm health.
i still don't know what only-virgins looks like... i imagine he looksl ike that dude from half-life 2. or maybe my cousin, who really does look like the half life 2 guy.
Not at all, I only drink on occasions and I didn't start till I was 21. I do drink a lot of pop and coffee sometimes. Are you serious about the heart disease thing? from teeth? how the hell would that happen.Quote:

I kind of do look like the half life 2 guy, but with thinner glasses and facial hair only once in a while when it grows back. Also a bit younger.Quote:
