That's IF he is neglecting her. From what he's said, he's there for her, he takes her on trips, he attempts to talk to her... he's shown no instances where he's neglected her.
That is what man feels from his pt of view, what about her pt of view... it might differ. that is why she tends to act like that ..

Here in America, we're not so limited to people in our local village. People are so different, with varying backgrounds that sometimes it is simply unreasonable to try to force them to change. That the best option for both parties is to break it off and move on.
